The ParkOne's

The ParkOne's series is a new condominium brand for asset-building purposes.
This is a brand that leverages knowhow accumulated through The Parkhouse brand condominiums, designed for ordinary family customers, as well as The Parkhabio, high-quality rental condominiums, such as site selection, product planning, design and designing work quality control. The floor plan of the ParkOne's brand condominiums is focused on small-sized units such as studio and one-bed room ("1LDK") units, giving priority to leaseability and maintainability, factors that are important as investment-purpose properties.

Mitsubishi Estate Residence has been continuing to deliver The Parkhouse brand condominiums under the concept of a Home for Life, based on a sense of commitment from site selection to product planning, design, and construction quality control.
Amid the more and more diversifying climate for residential and other properties, we explored new possibility such as for condominium asset profile and successful ways while cherishing our ideology on The Parkhouse brand. This culminated in the form of The ParkOne's brand being born. In addition to being committed to superior location, design and quality, this brand offers interior features that befit resident lifestyles as well as functional living space. We will optimize the network of Mitsubishi Estate Group to deliver services that support the unit owner's asset-building efforts to the extent possible.

Location

A small-scale condominium represents a physical asset, and both the building and site form parts of the valuable asset. Site is something that cannot be altered later.

This is why, prior to the construction of this type of condominium, we perform a highly rigorous site selection process in careful consideration of the local environment and future convenience features.

Quality

The ParkOne's brand aims to create a comfortable home that utilize the local area's attractive features to the extent possible while offering a sense of affinity with the resident's individuality. We use a stylish façade that makes the resident feel proud about living in the condominium as well as hotel-like interior designs.
