1. Basic Policy

Mitsubishi Estate Residence CO.,LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") utilizes social media as a communication tool on the Internet. In participating in social media, the Company will comply with not only the "Guidelines for Social Media Use" but also other internal regulations and related laws and regulations, and act with integrity to earn the trust of customers.

2. Principles of Conduct

• We will comply with laws and regulations and internal regulations established by the Company.
• We will have awareness and responsibility as a representative of the Company when transmitting information.
• We understand and take into account the following characteristics of social media:
  • Social media is accessible to a large number of unspecified users.
  • Once sent, the information cannot be completely retracted.
• We will not disclose any business information of the Company or any non-public information of customers or business partners.
• We will not transmit any personal information or privacy-related information without the consent of the individual concerned.
• We will respect the rights of third parties, such as copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, and portrait rights, without infringing them.

3. To all users of social media

• The information transmitted on social media by the Company's officers and employees who operate the official accounts does not necessarily represent the Company's official announcements or views. Official announcements are posted on the Company’s website and in press materials.
• Please note that information on social media is current at the time of transmission and is subject to change.
• Each account may be terminated or suspended at the Company’s discretion, without prior notice to you.
• Please refrain from engaging in the following actions and making the following postings (including posting URLs of linked sites on which the following actions take place and/or that contain the following expressions). If any of the following actions, etc. are taken, the Company may, at its discretion, delete or block, etc. the relevant account.
  The Company will not be liable for any damage incurred by you as a result of this:

1. Acts of infringing on the rights or interests of the Company, other users, or other third parties;
2. Acts of soliciting, insulting, or harming the honor, credibility, or privacy, etc. of the Company, other users, or other third parties (including acts of disclosing personally identifiable information such as e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, addresses, etc. of the Company, other users, or other third parties), or interfering with business;
3. Acts in violation of the Public Offices Election Law;
4. Acts of soliciting membership in religious or other groups or organizations;

9. Acts of posting information or content that one does not have legitimate authority to post on the Services;

11. Acts of accessing the Services through other illegal acts such as hacking, or monitoring or duplicating all or part of the Services; or
12. Any other acts that violate the Terms of Use, public order and morals, laws and regulations, or penal laws, or any other acts that the Company deems inappropriate.

• 情報を発信する場合は、当社の代表者としての自覚と責任を持ちます。
• ソーシャルメディアが持つ以下の特性を理解し、留意します。
  • 不特定多数の利用者がアクセス可能であること。

• 著作権、商標権、特許権、肖像権などの第三者の権利を侵害することなく、尊重します。

3. ソーシャルメディアご利用の皆さまへ

• 公式アカウントを運営する当社役職員がソーシャルメディアにおいて発信する情報は、必ずしも当社の公式発表・見解を表しているものではありません。公式な発表に関しては、当社Webサイトおよび報道資料などでお知らせしています。
• ソーシャルメディア上の情報は発信時のものであり、その後変更されることがございますのでご注意ください。
• 各アカウントは、当社の判断により、お客様に対する予告なく運営の終了もしくは停止をすることがあります。
• 下記の行為や投稿（下記の行為・表現を含むリンク先のURL掲示を含む）はご遠慮ください。下記行為等に該当する場合、当社の判断により削除やアカウントのブロック等を行う場合がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
  また、これに起因してお客様に生じた損害について、当社は一切責任を負いかねます。

1. 当社、他の利用者その他の第三者の権利・利益を侵害する行為
2. 当社、他の利用者その他の第三者を誹謗中傷し、侮辱し、名誉、信用、プライバシー等を棄損し（当社、他の利用者その他の第三者のメールアドレス、電話番号、住所等の個人の特定につながる情報を開示する行為を含む）、または業務を妨害する行為
3. 公職選挙法に違反する行為
4. 宗教団体その他の団体・組織への加入を勧誘する行為
5. 出資、寄付、資金提供または物品もしくはサービスの購入等を勧誘する行為
6. 当社が不適切と判断する他のウェブサイトを紹介しもしくはその閲覧を勧誘する行為または本サービスをファイルのダウンロードとして利用する行為
7. 本サービスを通じて得た情報を営利目的に流用する行為
8. 本サービスを利用して当社、他の利用者その他の第三者に対し、コンピューターのソフト・ハードの正常な機能を阻害するウィルス等の有害なプログラムまたはファイル等を発信する行為
9. 本サービスに掲載する正当な権限を有しない情報・コンテンツを掲載する行為
10. 当社、他の利用者その他の第三者による本サービスの提供および利用を阻害する行為
11. 本サービスに対しハッキング等の不正行為によりアクセスする行為および本サービスの全部または一部を監視もしくは複製する行為
12. その他、利用規約、公序良俗、法令もしくは刑罰法規に違反し、またはその他当社が不適切と判断する行為
