How much should I pay the expense and the cost other than the price for the unit when I purchase it?
Generally, it costs 2-3% of the price for the unit and should be paid at the transfer of it.
It includes the deposit for the management and maintenance fee, property acquisition tax, fixed asset tax(property tax), city planning tax, registration tax, stamp tax, and fire insurance.
Do you have any restrictions about transferring from abroad?
Yes, we only receive Japanese Yen by transferring. Furthermore, the remittance from China of more than USD50,000 is restricted by the Chinese law.
Can I purchase the property even though I don't have a bank account in Japan?
Yes, you can purchase the property even though you don't have it. You may also pay the utility cost such as electricity, water, and gas by credit card.
