Is it possible to be transferred if the remitter doesn't correspond to the buyer's name?
In principle, we do not accept payment from any account other than the buyer's name. If you buy as a co-owner, we recommend that you make the transfer to us according to the respective shares. Please note that you may be subject to gift tax in Japan if there is no actual transfer of funds from the buyers.
Is it possible to wire all the money "earlier" than Key-delivery after signing the contract?
90% balance and Expenses can be accepted 2weeks in advance of the Key-delivery date. Please pay the invoice when you receive it.
Is it possible to change the buyer's name after signing?
The contract holder cannot be changed after the contract is concluded. Please consult us if your name has been changed due to marriage or if you would like to add a contractor as a co-owner.
When can I see the actual property and take measurements of the size inside of my unit, such as for a refrigerator and curtains?
You can measure the size at the time of checking the completed room tour, which is about 2-3 months before Key-delivery.
Is it possible to order furniture, curtains, and other interior items before the building is completed?
We offer a variety of interior options such as furniture, lighting, wallpaper changes, and your original furniture work. However, due to the construction period, some of the interior options may have a deadline to order.
What documents are necessary for registration?
An affidavit must be submitted for Registration/Title Deed before Key-delivery if you live overseas. A duplicate copy of the certificate of residence and Signature Stamp that is issued by the city office if you live in Japan. We ask you to submit the necessary documents for registration according to your situation.
